Dermaplaning

Double cleanse, we then physically exfoliate the skin using a stainless steel surgical blade to gently remove peach fuzz (vellus hair) and dead skin cells from the surface of your skin, extractions if necessary, ice globe therapy and finish with a hydrating masque, serum, moisturizer, and SPF.

PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

To get the best results from your facial, please follow these guidelines:

Avoid active skincare (retinol, prescription retinoids, exfoliating acids, benzoyl peroxide) for 3–5 days prior to your appointment, unless otherwise directed.
Avoid waxing, threading, depilatory creams, or laser treatments on the treatment area for 5–7 days before.
Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning (including self-tanner) for at least 7 days prior.
Arrive with clean skin if possible (no makeup), though cleansing will be performed in-clinic.
Please inform your provider of:
- Any recent skin treatments
- Active breakouts, cold sores, rashes, or irritation
- Changes to medications or skincare products
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding

POST TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Your skin may appear flushed or feel slightly sensitive after treatment, especially if you had any extractions. This is normal and temporary.

Avoid heat and sweating for 24 hours (hot yoga, saunas, steam rooms, intense workouts).
Daily broad-spectrum SPF 30+ is essential.
Keep skincare simple for the next few days: gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF.
Avoid picking, scratching, or exfoliating the skin.
Makeup may be applied 24 hours after treatment unless otherwise advised.
Stay well hydrated to support skin healing.

If you experience prolonged redness, swelling, discomfort, or have any concerns, please contact the clinic.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS

Because PRP is derived from your own blood, the risk of allergic reaction is extremely low. Possible side effects include:

Temporary redness or swelling
Mild bruising
Tenderness at injection sites

Serious complications are rare when PRP is performed by trained medical professionals.

What concerns can PRP help with?

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) uses your body’s own growth factors to stimulate collagen production, tissue repair, and regeneration. PRP may help improve:

Is PRP painful?

How many treatments will I need?

For best results, we recommend a series of 3 treatments, spaced 4 weeks apart. Maintenance treatments may be recommended depending on your goals.

Is there downtime?

Downtime is minimal. Most patients return to normal activities within 24–48 hours, with some temporary redness or swelling.
