It’s ideal for those seeking a temporary, reversible option without the commitment, downtime, and large cost of surgery.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Using hyaluronic acid-based fillers, our skilled nurses carefully inject targeted areas of the nose to achieve your desired look. The procedure typically takes about 45 minutes, with immediate results and minimal discomfort. Since no incisions or general anesthesia are involved, you can return to your daily activities right away.

Treatment Day
On the day of your treatment, we’ll apply a topical numbing cream to ensure your comfort. Using precise injection techniques, we’ll administer the filler to the targeted areas, sculpting a natural and harmonious result.
Aftercare & Downtime
Post-treatment, you may experience mild swelling, tenderness, redness, which typically subsides within a few hours. Bruising is possible but not typical. We recommend avoiding touching the treated area, wearing glasses, or engaging in strenuous activities for 24–48 hours to allow the filler to settle properly.
Gradual, Natural Results
While you’ll notice immediate improvements, the final results will continue to refine over the next few days as any swelling diminishes. The outcome is a subtle enhancement that complements your natural features. You will return for a complimentary follow up 4 weeks later and touch ups will be done by your practitioner if needed.

PRE TREATMENT & AFTER CARE
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- Avoid blood-thinning medications/supplements (Aspirin, Advil, fish oil, Vitamin E) for 3–5 days, if medically safe.
- Let your provider know if you have any history of cold sores, allergies, or nasal procedures.
- Stay hydrated and eat a small meal before your appointment.
- Arrive with a clean face (no makeup around the nose area).
- Avoid touching or applying pressure to the treated area for 48 hours.
- Avoid wearing glasses or sunglasses that rest on the bridge of your nose for 1–2 days (we can help you plan if this affects you).
- Skip strenuous exercise, hot yoga, saunas, and facials for 24–48 hours.
- Sleep on your back with your head elevated for the first night, if possible.
- Avoid applying makeup near the nose for the rest of the day.
- Redness, swelling, or tenderness at injection sites (usually resolves within a few days).
- Small bruises or visible filler under the skin (especially if you have thinner skin).
- Asymmetry or unevenness (can often be refined at a follow-up).
- In very rare cases: vascular compromise or skin changes. Your safety is our #1 priority, and our practitioner has trained internationally with Dr. Ayad Harb in London on his renowned “3-Point Rhino” technique. Not only to perfect skill but to mitigate any risks and manage complications in the rare occurrence. This will be reviewed thoroughly at your appointment.
Is Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty safe?
Yes. When performed by our properly trained, experienced medical professionals using Health Canada-approved fillers, the procedure has significantly less risk. We prioritize your safety and comfort throughout the process.
How long do the results last?
Results typically last at least a year and can be considered semi-permanent but also reversible. Maintenance treatments can help prolong the effects.
Can it make my nose smaller?
Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty cannot reduce the physical size of your nose but can create the illusion of a more balanced and proportionate appearance by smoothing contours and enhancing symmetry. For example: Camouflaging a dorsal hump makes the nose appear smaller and more streamline.
Is there any downtime?
Downtime is minimal. Most clients return to their regular activities immediately after the procedure, with some minor precautions advised for the first 24–48 hours.
What are the side effects?
Common side effects include temporary redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection sites. These typically resolve within a few days.
