HOW DO GROWTH FACTORS WORK?
There are several different derivatives of growth factors such as PRP (platelet rich plasma) and plant derived exosomes.
Growth factors do not make new hair follicles but stimulate and fortify the follicles that are already there. Platelet rich plasma is harvested via a blood sample from your own body and spun in a centrifuge to isolate the growth factors. These are then injected or applied to the scalp and follicle.
HOW DOES KERAVIVE SCALP TREATMENTS WORK?
Addresses hair and scalp concerns such as dry, damaged, thinning hair, clogged hair follicles and dry scalp.
The treatment removes build-up from the surface of the scalp and hair follicles, and stimulates scalp circulation. We also infuse the scalp with growth factors and proteins during the treatment. You are given a scalp serum that will be applied to the scalp once a day for 30 days.

Ensure hair is freshly washed, dry and no styling products have been used.
Avoid washing hair or styling products for 48 hrs after the appointment. Do not touch the injection sites. Post-care will vary based on the treatment.

How many treatments will I need?
Most patients will require at least 3 treatments but this will vary from person to person.
Are the treatments painful?
